Ethics in Fashion Photography

1. List the changes that were made to the model's face in the computer. (Look carefully)
They made her neck skinnyer and longer. They made her lips bigger and her eyes. And they made her seem like she glowed more then what she really is. And they make her head look kinda smaller.
2. Is it ethically acceptable to change a person's appearance like this in a photo? Why or why not? No because its not the real person. And many people will believe that they are but they really aint. You just cant change a person how they look it just isnt right. And so many stupid people change the way they look and spend so much money to make themselves look worst. They are who they are and they shouldnt change they way they look to "fit in"!

3. Are there circumstances in which it would be more ethically wrong to do this type of manipulation?
Because many people espacially the women just follow what they see. Many people are hurt cause of the way they look compared to all the ads and commercials that are put into our lives every day. Many people try to become what they're not and cause many problems. And they forget who they really are and just think if they look like the people on t.v or billboards that they will fit in. Many of these people just cant handle the way they look that it causes problems with friends, friends, amd themselves. It can accure to many problems causing endings that are well. (JUST EVIL EVERYWHERE)

4. What types of changes are OK, and what aren't?
To me you shouldnt really change anything. You shouldnt change to look like a celebraty you shouldnt change just to attract the opposite sex. You shoudnt even do it all.
5. Explain what you think the differences are between fashion photography and photojournalism. Fashion shows what every one is in to or should be into. And photoj just shows the truth, there isnt really many changes. But fashion photography only shows a pacific group and changes many things to pursway people into their power!!!(EVIL PEOPLE)

6. What relationship does each type of photography have to reality, and how does this affect the ethical practice of each?

Because art is everywhere as photography is everywhere. It just realates to everything. Cant really explain it but it just does.

My First Print

Everything seems to be in focus. Except for the right end of the pictures its out of focus. I think the wall or something didnt get really focused as the rest of the picture did. The photo came out good but it came out really white towards the light and everything else seem to come out right. I think I did the compostion of repition good but apraently there is no subject. Which I specifiaclly chose not to have one and but I still think it is good. To me I saw the project as taking pictures of acdemic things and I chose just to use the desk. Some body could think it wasnt good but it shows somthing at least. Yes there were spots in the picture and I think that caused them because it wasnt done right or the light was very sensitive. Which caused it to have the white spots. There is no one in this photo so the only thing that is seen are the desks and the empty classroom.(Which is the best kind of class an empty one!)

Here you can see the classroom of Ms. Vannoy's is empty. Due to students off on break as of now.

In Ms. Vannoy's classroom it was founded empty. The students were studing as the bell rang clearing the room in a second.
